Internal Auditor Training Course
Internal auditor training course at JK Michaels is design with ISO 9001 and AS9100 and it need you to conduct Internal Audits of your Quality System to determine compliance to the documents and effectiveness of the system. This training will prepare your auditors for that role. This seminar provides training in practices, methods, and techniques for AS9100 quality system internal audits.
The first day of the internal auditor training course includes: Quality Management System interpretation, audit procedures, auditor skills, and pre-audit preparation. On the second day, the group is separated into auditing teams and two practice audits are performed. The teams will present their findings to the class. Each team completes an audit report that can start the Corrective and Preventive Action process

Introduction to ISO 9001:2008
Effective internal audits begin with familiarization and understanding of the ISO 9001:2008 standard and its underlying concepts. Session includes the discussion and identification of company processes and applicable clauses.
Introduction to Internal Audits
Learn the purpose and objectives of audits with their respect to external versus internal audits.
Roles and Responsibilities of Internal Audits
Understand the roles and responsibilities of the Lead Auditor, Team Auditor, Auditee and Internal Audit Program Manager.
Plan the Internal Audit
Discuss how to prepare for the internal audit, such review of background information, development of the checklist, time management and sampling.
Discuss interviewing techniques, collection of evidence, deal with confrontation and note taking of internal audits.
Reporting Results and Writing Nonconformances
Discuss the contents of the internal audit report and how to write a nonconformance.
Learn how to conduct process audits beginning with development of internal audit checklist using a process matrix. Observe a process audit together of a chosen area and learn how to complete the checklist.
