Prof. Dr. Walther von Hainzl Phd,DBA
Prof. W. Hainzl is a senior Project Consultant and Lead Faculty member of JK Michaels He is a specialist in Operational Systemic Research, Entrepreneural Development and Synergy,Project Management, as well as Conceptualisation and Application of Problem Modeling
Prof. Hainzl holds a DBA n Business Administration, a PhD in Behavioural Science and also holds a medical degree as Doctor of Medicine.
As Academic and member of Faculties Prof. Hainzl has been awarded Professorships at three Universities.
Prof. Hainzl is a Director of world class universities in Europe,Australia,Asia,and Africa He is an accomplished and successful project leader. He currently oversees over fourteen successful companies spread over Africa.
Dr. Bello Omololu, PMP, ASQ-CSSBB, CMC, CBDA, CAMT, BPMP,
is the Lead Project Management consultant with JK Michaels with core consulting focus on Project Management, Process Management (Business Process Management and Automation ), Quality Management (Lean Six Sigma, ISO), Business Analysis and Organizational Performance Improvement Strategy.
He has extensive project management experience in project that varies from procurement management, performance improvement projects for several organization .As a quality management system auditor ,he has been involved in auditing various organizations management systems.
He is an international certfied management consultant, an American Society of Quality Certified Six Sigma Black Belt. a certified business development analyst, a certified and accredited management trainer, also certified by the Information System Examination Board (UK) as a Business analyst and a Business process modelling expert, also certified by the business process management council Canada as business process management professional and he is a certified project management professional by the project management institute USA.
He holds a bachelors degree in Medicine , advance certificate in project management from business School Netherlands and an international register of certificated auditors, (UK) recognized Quality Management System (Auditor/Lead Auditor) certificate from Ashbrooke Quality assurance International Canada. He also holds a Masters certificate in Competitive intelligence.
He is an active member of Project Management Institute (PMI) Consulting specific interest group, institute of management consultants , American society of Quality,Business process management council Canada and the Nigerian Medical association. Currently, his drive and passion to improve third world organizations to world class outstanding organizations, has propelled him into research, publications,execution and training on Project Management which he considers the secret of high performance.
Dr. Lloyd A. Atabansi, PMP, DBA, PhD
He Is a Senior Project Consultant with JK Michaels, and formerly the Managing Director for Hewlett-Packard Nigeria, with full oversight responsibilities for the following markets in English West Africa; Nigeria, Ghana, Sierra Leone, and Liberia. Before HP, he was an Associate Partner/Director for Accenture, where he was responsible for supporting the different Operating Groups; Financial Services, Wholesale & Retail Products, Communications & Hi-Tech (C&HT), Resources and managing all Accenture Technology Solutions (ATS) Practice.
Prior to that, he was the Gulf Coast Market Circle leader for the Business Intelligence practice at Accenture in the USA. He is armed with over 20 years of experience serving clients in the Energy (Oil & Gas), Communications & Hi-Tech, Financial Services (Banking and Financial Institutions), Retail and Wholesale products with extensive experience in Telecommunications, Broadband Technology, LAN, WAN, VPN, organizational strategy and design, business process reengineering, and performance reporting systems.
Prior to joining Accenture, he was an Executive Director with IBM Global Service (IGS). His business development, sales and marketing strategies, coupled with extensive project management and full Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience in delivering Customer Relationship Management (CRM), e-business application solutions includes, Client/Server integration activities, Call Center integration and Data Warehousing/Mart projects.
Before his tenure at IBM, he was a Senior Manager & Principal at Price Waterhouse Coopers (PWC), where he proposed, marketed, sold and delivered Communications & Hi-Tech solutions for Financial Services, Oil & Gas, Energy & Utilities, Products (Retail and Wholesale) clients. For many years, and before joining PWC, he was an Independent Management and Technical Consultant responsible for leading and managing complex Communications & Hi-Tech projects involving Data Warehouse, Client/Server, CRM and Call Center Systems Integration projects for various Private and Federal Government sectors. He has developed and delivered numerous lectures in Data Transmissions, Inter-network Design, Broadband Technology, Wireless Communications, Digital and Virtual Private Networks, Hardware & Server Configuration. Other areas include: e-Business (includes Business-to-Business & Business-to-Customer) solutions, Data warehousing, Data Mart and Mining, and CRM Services.
Dr. Atabansi has also served as Adjunct Faculty Advisor and Lecturer for the following universities in the USA; 1). Strayer University, Washington, DC, USA., 2). Johns Hopkins University, 3). University of Maryland, 4). Central Michigan University (CMU). Dr. Atabansi has a BBA in Finance from Howard University, Washington, DC, an MSc. In MIS, Bowie State University, Maryland, and a PhD in Administrative Management, concentrating in Artificial Intelligence and Computer Security, Walden University, Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA.
Raji Zubair Atobiloye, Ph.D.
Raji Atobiloye is a project management consultant with JK Michaels .He completed a Ph.D. programme in Industrial and Environmental Engineering at the University of Cambridge (United Kingdom) . At Cambridge, Raji was a part-time instructor in the under-graduate engineering practical classes. Earlier, he graduate with a First Class Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. His has extensive experience as an engineer and later as a director in charge of major ICT projects as well as Design,procurement and construction projects with major multinational oil and gas firms in Africa.
Raji has attended several training programmes locally and overseas and has won several awards including Shell Nigeria and Shell Cambridge Scholarships. A registered engineer and a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers, Raji has presented papers at international and local professional meetings and conferences. He recently completed courses in Risk Management with George Washinton University School of Business and with Primavera and Oracle University in the United Kingdom.
He is also on the board of some other Nigerian companies.He is a certified and accredited Primavera trainer.
Olukayode Adeniyi,
PMP is a Project Management Consultant with JK Michaels. He holds a degree in Building engineering from the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife and an advance diploma in project management.
Prior to JK Michaels, he spent the past ten years in Construction Management and Real Estate helping a variety of organizations; public and private clients construct and manage major projects.
He is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Building (NIOB), Project Management Institute (PMI) and PMI Construction, procurement and design specific interest group. He is passionate in improving project management in the construction industry, this has lead him to research on the use of Project Management tools to enhance construction projects.
Dejo Cladius-Akinyemi
PMP, Prince 2, is Project Management Consultant with JK Michaels, with over 13+ years´ progressive technical, sales and business management experiences in IT service industry. He has demonstrated very strong abilities in the area of strategy/market positioning and portfolio management of IT service delivery.
Acknowledged for strategic leadership capacity-considered a visionary leader, conceptual thinker, mentor and motivator; recognized for proactively and efficiently directing teams to deliver results and able to generate new ideas and initiate change. He is currently the General Manager of Dimension Data, West Africa responsible for the all lines of IT business solutions and service delivery in the region.
Holds bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering and earned Executive MBA from Lagos Business School. He has also attended leadership and executive programs at IESE business school Barcelona, Spain and Kellogg Business School. Chicago USA.
Oyin, Bsc, PMP,CMC, CBDA.
She is the Executive Project Coordinator of JK Michael's. A certified Management Consultant ,a certified and accredited management trainer , a certified business development analyst and also a certified project management professional. She has extensive experience in managing information technology, business management, and educational project
She has strong strategic marketing, leadership, and administrative skill. Has several years of business development and management experience. She is also a noted expert in Cost reduction strategy on project using the Six Sigma methodology. She brings to bear on any project practical strategy and superior innovation.
She holds a Bachelor´s Degree in Computer Engineering and also a master certificate in competitive intelligence. She is an active member of PMI Marketing and sales SIG, information system SIG, and Education and training SIG, Institute of Business Development and Institute of management consultants Nigeria.
